Where are your products manufactured and do you ship worldwide?
Our products are handmade in Canada and made to order. We currently only ship to Canada.
What is the return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Do we do custom orders?

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
All Viordy Boutique orders are made to order. We do not mass-produce or maintain ready-to-ship inventory for our handmade pieces.
Please allow approximately 7 business days for your item to be handmade and prepared for shipment. Production time begins once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.
